8 Week Yogi was created for that space in between. This is designed for people who see yoga as more than a workout.
This is not a program about achieving poses or pushing yourself harder. It’s a self-led, intentional journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a relationship with yoga that feels supportive, sustainable, and personal. It's designed to be lived, not completed as quickly as possible.
Over the eight weeks, you’ll be guided through thoughtful yoga practices, breathwork, meditation, and reflective tools that help you understand why you practice — not just how. My intention is to help you move beyond doing yoga as a task, and instead begin living yoga in a way that fits into your real life.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be disciplined. You don’t need to do this perfectly.
You simply need a willingness to meet yourself where you are — and the space to return to yourself, again and again.
